The project begins with a Business Process Review, from this we build a detailed project plan. During this time, we are installing your new software. Then begins the process of converting and transferring your data onto your new system.
Next, we carry out a Proof of Concept and Gap Analysis to ensure we are meeting your business requirements. A Test environment is created and your data is transferred over so that all training is relevant. Training with our experienced consultants will begin, during the training, necessary integrations and personalization’s may be discovered and a consultant will design the system with these in mind.
This leads into the Pilot. At this point we ensure the training process has been successful before going live. The LIVE environment will then be prepared, data will be migrated over and the new system will be ready to be used. Lastly, we will be available for post go live support if necessary.
